| INTRODUCTION |
Kirk Bruno LLC was formed in 2005 by Kirk D. Bruno who is the CEO and principal owner. After a successful career in financial and general management positions in several manufacturing organizations Kirk D. Bruno started a private, customer focused, boutique consulting service specializing in helping his clients make more money. Kirk Bruno utilizes a broad financial and general management background combined with a personal interest in creativity and organizational effectiveness to help organizations respond constructively and successfully to their challenges. It is with a unique combination of financial acumen, business process understanding and an ability to evaluate situations and bring creative yet practical solutions that achieves success. More than one client has labeled “magic” Kirk D. Bruno’s ability to solve problems by effectively interacting with people. There is in fact no “magic” involved. Kirk does solve problems by listening, sorting, learning and developing creative solutions. In the course of doing this he respects the diversity of thought of those around him and fosters and creates success conditions for colleagues and teams. You will find that Kirk Bruno is practical yet does not dwell on technical aspects of organizations or operations. Instead, he brings a conceptual thinking framework and the ability to communicate concepts to all levels of an organization in such a way that action plans can be created and actions can be taken. Business diplomacy and intuition built from years of leadership experience help Kirk Bruno create a balanced performance outlook that helps organizations reach their goals. |
